Early life of Travis Scott
Travis Scott was born on April 30, 1992 in Houston, Texas. He has an older sister and an older brother named Kori and Nathan, respectively. Scott’s family has always been involved with music, as his grandmother was a disco singer and his father played guitar. Growing up, he played basketball for hours together, but at the same time developed an interest in music.
Travis Scott dropped out of school in 9th grade and started selling drugs. Around 2010, he stood out in his community, which led him to focus on music full time. He went into the studio with his friend Chris Holloway, who produced a song called Lights (Love Sick). They both uploaded it to their SoundCloud account, which led to the song going viral.
